Shipping & Returns FAQ

When will I get my order?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders may take up to 4 business days to be dispatched.

Please allow 3–10 business days for delivery. During peak sale periods, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for fulfilment and delivery. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

What does shipping cost?

USA: $10 USD or free shipping over $60 USD. Express shipping options are available at checkout and are calculated based on shipment weight. Standard delivery: 3–7 business days. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Australia: $10 AUD or free over $75 AUD. Express shipping options are available at checkout and are calculated based on shipment weight. Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.

UK: £4.95 or free over £45. Express shipping options are available at checkout and are calculated based on shipment weight. Standard delivery: 3–7 business days. VAT included.

Europe: €10 or free over €45. Standard delivery: 4–10 business days. VAT and duties included.
Customers outside the EU may incur additional fees depending on local regulations.

Can I send my order overseas?

We ship only to the regions and countries listed on this page. We do not ship outside these destinations. Current shipping locations include the Continental USA, Australia, the United Kingdom, and selected European countries (Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Ireland, and Switzerland).

What if I need to change my order?

Orders cannot be changed once placed. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Can I track my order?

Tracking and carrier details will be provided as soon as your order has been fulfilled. You can also view tracking information in the “My Orders” section of your account.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unopened items only. Customers are responsible for tracked return shipping.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable
  • Opened or used items are not eligible for refund or exchange

Please do not return items without first contacting Customer Care.

How do I return an order?

Contact Customer Care with your order number and details. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Funds may take a further 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

What if my order was wrong or damaged?

Please contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable.

Additional delivery notes

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details at the time of order placement. Lyre’s cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
